SHIPPING – All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

EXCHANGE – We offer a 5-7day exchange policy from the date of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for exchange. Sale, clearance, discounted, and coupon-code orders are eligible only for size exchange (subject to availability).

RETURNS – As we operate on limited production runs and small-batch manufacturing, we do not accept returns. Returns will only be accepted if:

An incorrect item has been delivered.
The product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.

Such issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video and all original packaging and tags intact.

REFUNDS – Approved refunds are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method will only be processed if a defective or incorrect product cannot be replaced.

DISCOUNTED & COUPON CODE ORDERS – Orders placed using discount codes, promotional offers, sale pricing, clearance pricing, or prepaid benefits are considered final sale. These orders are not eligible for returns and can only be exchanged for size, subject to availability.
